In China, the food is wonderful and the variety of food can be overwhelming. The majority of the time, you are going to be able to choose the food that you eat or you are able to recognize what you are really eating. However, there are times when you aren't going to get a choice. Make sure that you only drink boiled or bottled water because the tap water isn't safe for you to drink.

Overall, if you are planning a business trip to China, you need to make sure that you take all of these things into consideration because it may be a completely different world compared to what you are used to.
